How to do Daily Affirmations

  1. Choose affirmations that resonate with you and align with your goals and values.
  2. Repeat affirmations to yourself consistently, ideally every day.
  3. Say affirmations out loud or in your mind, and visualize yourself experiencing the positive outcome that the affirmation represents.
  4. Write affirmations down, create visual reminders or vision boards, and practice gratitude and mindfulness to enhance their effectiveness.
  5. Practice affirmations consistently to reprogram your subconscious mind and create a more optimistic and confident mindset that supports your goals and aspirations.

Below are some affirmations you can check out.

When doing daily affirmations, it’s important to remember that they work best when used in conjunction with other positive habits and practices. This includes staying focused on your goals, surrounding yourself with positive and supportive people, and taking action towards achieving your dreams. By using daily affirmations consistently and in combination with these other strategies, you can create a powerful positive mindset that supports your growth and success.

Kindness has a beautiful way of multiplying. Share something thoughtful you recently did for another person, your community, animals, or the planet. Your story does not need to be grand, even the smallest act of kindness may inspire someone else to do good today.

One or two short lines about a kind thing you did. Please leave out names, links, and contact information. Every message is read before it appears.

A personal note from Amelia, click to open Chances.org has been run by one volunteer, me, since 1999. Here's how you can help keep it going. Read my letter Close my note

Hello, it's me, Amelia Carrie. I have been running and updating Chances.org since 1999, for free. I pay for the software, hosting, maintenance, apps, and more. That's more than 25 years of my life devoted to doing something I love.

However, the fact is that I am a senior now and due to having to compete with AI for computer graphics work, I can no longer afford to run this site on my own. I need your help, not only to keep it online, but to keep it growing. That's why I am updating Chances.org with a Donate button and a Sponsors page. Any extra money will be donated towards some of the chances needed ads on this site.

If you can't afford either, you can still help for free by using the sharing buttons below. Thank you!

With gratitude,
Amelia Carrie

For investors and dreamers: If you are an investor with the means to help Chances.org grow as big as Change.org or GoFundMe, please write to me at ChancesCharity@Gmail.com.

And if you have great plans and ambition, I may even let you take this site over, because everybody deserves a chance.

You can't have change without chances!
