How you react to any situation helps to dictate the result. If you tend to see the worst in things, your missing out on a lot of joy and happiness. Sure, its great to make changes as needed, but, sometimes, the bad has a way of turning better on it’s own. Try not to over-react, and, instead step back and take a breath. Pause before you react and try to imagine the outcome for each of your actions. Remember to be kind and loving to yourself too. Do you really need more stress?
