charity: water is a nonprofit on a mission to bring clean and safe drinking water to every person on the planet. Hundreds of millions of people still live without it, and the effects ripple through health, education, and opportunity, especially for women and children who spend hours each day collecting water. charity: water funds wells, filters, and water systems in communities that need them, working through local partners, and it is famous for a powerful promise: 100 percent of public donations go directly to funding water projects, with operations covered separately. Donors even get to see the GPS coordinates and photos of the projects their money helped build. Its storytelling and transparency have inspired millions to give. For anyone who wants their donation to deliver something as fundamental as clean water, and to see the proof, charity: water is a standout. Give at charitywater.org.
