Deep Dive:
If you struggle with falling asleep, this mindfulness exercise can help you relax your body and prepare for a restful night.
Action Steps:
- Start at your toes and work your way up through your body.
- Tense each muscle group for 5 seconds and then release.
- Take deep breaths in between each muscle group.
By the time you reach your head, your body should feel relaxed and ready for sleep.
