The Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program works with cities, states, and local community-based organizations. The Program provides primary medical care and essential support services to more than half a million people each year. Through the Program, people living with HIV who have no insurance or are underinsured can get the HIV medical care and other support services they need.

Am I Eligible?
To be eligible to receive Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program HIV medical care and treatment services, as well as other HIV support services, you must:
- Be diagnosed with HIV or AIDS
- Be considered low income*
- Have either no health insurance or your insurance does not pay for the care you need
What Happens When I Seek Care and Treatment?
When you seek HIV medical care and treatment, most likely you will be assigned a case manager who will help you:
- Understand what services you are eligible to receive
- Apply for health care coverage
- Find out whether you have to cover any of the costs

- Early Intervention Services (EIS)
- Health Insurance Premium and Cost Sharing Assistance for Low-Income Individuals
- Home and Community-Based Health Services
- Home Health Care

- Medical Nutrition Therapy
- Medical Case Management, including Treatment Adherence Services
- Oral Health Care
- Outpatient Ambulatory Health Services
- Substance Abuse Outpatient Care
